Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a Nyum Nutrition product, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@ngbioscience.com or 1-800-701-4556. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET.

Return Window

Nyum Nutrition accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of delivery at info@ngbioscience.com or 1-800-701-4556
  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the product back at your expense in its original, unopened condition
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Items past the 30-day return window
  • Items not in original condition

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@ngbioscience.com or 1-800-701-4556. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 3-10 additional business days).

Replacements

If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please specify when contacting our team. Replacements ship within 7-10 business days, subject to product availability.
