Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States.

International Shipping

Nyum Nutrition offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You may also access tracking information through your customer account at nyumnutrition.com.

Customs Fees & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fees at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nyum Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@ngbioscience.com for assistance with carrier claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once an order is in transit, please refer to our Return Policy for refund or exchange options.
